Meet the Coordinator
Judy Foster

My name is Judy Foster and I started my career as a Special Events Coordinator in 2021 here at Penryn Park & it just seemed to come naturally. I moved to Port Hope about 15 years ago and fell in love with the area, I’m proud to call it home.

I have 25+ years experience in the hospitality industry. I have been everything from cook, server, bartender to Management. Becoming a coordinator just seemed like the most natural next chapter for me. I’ve always had interest in weddings, I have even spent some time making wedding cakes for friends and clients, who knew back then that this is where life has brought me.

I am detail oriented. Timing is everything, and I love a well run day. I run a tight ship at rehearsals & ceremonies but with laughter & love as well. I pride myself with the connections and relationships that I have been fortunate to make in my time here with vendors & couples. Making couples dreams come true has been the most satisfying part of my job here. I’ve been honoured to have been a part of so many couples most important days.

I love the creativity of this job, the flexibility of my days and just being there to help guide and support every couple that gets married with me. I have found a new passion in photography, yes you’ll see me snapping photos on your day. (I love sending these to my couples the next morning so they can relive the day over their bridal breakfast, my love letter to them) I’m so inspired by the beauty of the buildings & grounds of Penryn, of my couples and their families & friends & all of the details each couple chooses to make their day their own. I can’t wait to meet you and make your dreams come true.
